Consultation bookings (30-minute and 1-hour sessions) are non-refundable once payment has been made. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.
Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
Founders Wing membership is paid in full upfront for 6 months (₹5,999) or 12 months (₹9,999). Because access is granted immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once access has been given.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the community, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly or issue a refund at our discretion.
All payments are one-time. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Founders Wing access runs for the full plan period and then ends unless you choose to buy again. Consultation sessions can be rescheduled as described above.
